The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Eddie Bishop, 50, 291 Bill Nave Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 8 by Sgt. David Tranbarger on a warrant for contempt.
Timothy Woods, 24, 389 Bear Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on September 8 by Deputy Robert Scott for driving on a suspended license (first offense) and possession of Schedule III.
Jeremy Blevins, 46, 117 Jim Deal Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 8 by Lt. Daniel Kneaskern for public intoxication.
Brad Mullins, 39, 171 Renfro Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 8 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for theft of property, theft over $1,000 and vandalism.
Tyler Houser, 27, 147 Highway 143, Roan Mountain, was arrested on September 8 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Linda Johnson, 51, 210 Swift Hollow Road, Mountain City, was arrested on September 8 by Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for violation of probation.
Justice Godsey, 26, 1249 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on September 8 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Juan Hill, 34, 208 Allen Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on September 9 by Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Harley Miller, 19, 112 Mountain View Circle, Johnson City, was arrested on September 9 by Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Victoria Hardin, 28, address withheld, was arrested on September 9 by Deputy Cory Locklear for domestic assault.
James Smithey, 46, 1412 Southside Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 9 by Deputy Dakota Mullins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Mason Cotter, 31, 1004 Walker St., Elizabethton, was arrested on September 9 by Lt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.
Christopher McQueen, 51, 151 Big Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 9 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for aggravated assault and hindering secured creditors.
Kenneth Payne, 47, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 9 by Deputy Robbie Huskins on warrants for aggravated burglary x3, aggravated rape x2, aggravated rape (injury) x2 and aggravated kidnapping (facilitate felony).
Joseph Heffner, 40, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on September 10 by Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jeffrey Riddle, 62, 2229 E. Fairview Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on September 10 by Deputy Brian Smithpeters for DUI.
Amanda Allen, 49, 117 Ed Stout Road, Hampton, was arrested on September 10 by Deputy Brian Smithpeters for driving while revoked (second offense).

Donna Sheppard, 52, 189 Ollie Collins Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 10 by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw on a warrant for violation of probation.
Cora Kelly, 25, 116 John Sevier Ave., Jonesborough, was arrested on September 10 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for criminal impersonation, speeding 20+ over, financial responsibility, driving on a suspended license and expired registration.
Daryl McCoy, 22, 520 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on September 12 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for DUI.
Benjamin West, 46, 603 Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on September 13 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins for public intoxication.
Ashley Lambert, 25, 495 Rockingham Road, Johnson City, was arrested on September 13 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson for public intoxication.
