The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Beau D. Shepard was arrested on June 3 by CCSO Deputy Timothy Garland for DUI 1st offense, financial responsibility – no insurance, expired registration.
Eric Eugene Flanary was arrested on June 3 by CCSO Deputy Justin Birchfield on a warrant for failure to appear.
Alexander Logan Hughes was arrested on June 3 by CCSO Deputy Spencer Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.
Christine Gail Long was arrested on June 3 by CCSO Deputy Gabriel Felty on a warrant for failure to appear.
Billy Ray Stines was arrested on June 3 by CCSO Lieutenant Michael Carlock for domestic assault 1st offense/aggravated assault.
Jeffery Daniel Hughes was arrested on June 3 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.
Lela Laverne Criswell was arrested on June 6 by CCSO Sergeant Eric Norman for domestic assault 1st offense/simple assault.
Pamela Ann Meade was arrested on June 6 by CCSO Deputy Joshua Peters on a warrant for violation of probation.
Amber Nicole Hodge was arrested on June 6 by CCSO Sergeant Eric Norman for domestic assault 1st offense/simple assault.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Jerod J. Brewton was arrested on June 3 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for violation of implied consent law, driving while suspended 1st offense, DUI 1st offense, open container, financial responsibility – no insurance, and a warrant for violation of probation.
Marie Hodge Dail was arrested on June 3 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for DUI 1st offense and drivers to exercise due.
